Saint Thomas is present in 19 cities, with 14 campuses for its University, 20 for its Professional Institution, 20 for its Vocational Center and 7 for Schools from Arica to Punta Arenas.

The Saint Thomas Educational System, with over 30 years, is one of the largest systems of higher learning in Chile, encompassing all levels of higher learning: University, Professional Institute (IP), Vocational Center (CFT), with territorial coverage from Arica to Punta Arenas, app. 58,000 students and over 60,000 graduates.

Universidad Santo Tomás

UST is a private university established in 1988. It presently has 14 campuses from Arica to Puerto Montt, offering 25 professional careers and 2 undergraduate curricula, in addition to individual specialized courses, graduate and master’s degrees.

Saint Thomas in professional and vocational studies

Saint Thomas is an acknowledged leader in higher vocational and professional education, present countrywide through 20 centers from Arica to Punta Arenas.

For 2010, saint Thomas offers over 25 vocational careers at its Vocational Center (lasting two years, plus one semester of internship practice), and its Professional Institute offers over 15 professional careers (lasting 4 years) and also 10 vocational careers.
